Method feeder fishing is becoming increasingly popular. This last innovation in feeder-fishing has “blown over” from (has it ever been any different with new styles of fishing??) England where it is used to great effect on the commercial lakes. This system basically means fishing with a kind of “in-line” swimfeeder with a very short hooklength to which the hookbait is attached. This hookbait can be “hidden” in the groundbait or can hang next to it. Any fish in the area will be attracted by the “dissolving”groundbait that comes from the swimfeeder and they will find and take “the biggest food”, your hookbait. Without any doubt Alan Scotthorne is the most successfull match-angler on our planet. He has won an amazing amount of competitions and these wins came by using really any modern fishing method possible. Simply unique! He also managed to win, and this in only a very short time-period, 5 (!!) individual World Championships and finally in 2010 he added an individual European Championship win as well. Since many years Alan has been a true “Van den Eynde-man”. We used his unmatched knowledge and ideas when developing a new groundbait that carries his name. The result is G5 and also G5 ZWART (black). G5 is an all-round groundbait that can be used on a great variety of waters when targeting species like roach, bream, tench, carassio and carp. Nearly always you can use this mix neat.
